Corrections, disputes, and removals
Austin Apartment Reviews Guide is a free, independent directory of apartment complexes in Greater Austin. Listings draw from publicly available business information, and every score and summary is generated by applying one fixed, published formula to Google reviews across all listed properties. No one pays to be listed, and payment has no effect on scores or rankings. This page explains how to fix incorrect details, challenge data in your listing, or request removal. See how we score for the full scoring rubric.
Fixing factual details
Your listing's factual fields (name, address, phone number, website, hours, and services offered) can be corrected when you provide the right information plus evidence to back it up. A current Google Business Profile, your official website, or another verified source works. Once corrected, the change holds through all future data refreshes.
Disputing a score
Scores are never adjusted by hand. A dispute is a claim that the underlying data is wrong, such as your listing being matched to the wrong business, reviews being tied to the wrong property, or a summary misrepresenting what reviewers actually wrote. When you dispute, the sources are rechecked and your listing is regenerated from the corrected data. Disputing is not a request for a higher number.
Requesting removal
Listings are removed if your business is permanently closed, the listing is a duplicate, or your property falls outside our scope. We also verify all listings monthly and automatically remove those that are closed. A listing that is accurate and in scope may be declined for removal. You will receive a clear explanation if your removal request is turned down.
