These terms apply to Austin Apartment Reviews Guide, an independent directory of apartment complex businesses in Greater Austin published by AustinApartmentReviews.com. Every score on the site is computed from public review data using one published rubric (see how we score); no business pays to be listed or scored. Using the site means you accept these terms.

No endorsement

A listing or a high score here is not an endorsement. It is a summary of public review data at the time we processed it. Details go stale, businesses change hands, and reviews can be wrong, so verify anything that matters (credentials, pricing, availability) with the business itself before you commit. The site is provided for information only and we do not warrant that it is complete or current.

Enquiries and referral fees

We may pass your enquiry to a listed business or a partner, and we may be paid a referral fee when that happens. Referral fees have no effect on scores or rankings, which come from the published rubric applied to public review data and cannot be bought or adjusted.

If your business is listed here

If your business is listed on this site and a detail is wrong, or you want to dispute a score or request removal, the process is set out in our listing policy.

Acceptable use

The site is for finding and contacting apartment complex businesses. Do not scrape or bulk-copy the compiled content, send fake or misleading form submissions, attempt to disrupt how the site runs, or use it for anything unlawful.

Content ownership

Editorial content, scores, and the compiled directory are the property of AustinApartmentReviews.com. We do not claim ownership of the public reviews the analysis is derived from (those remain with their authors), nor of any business name or trademark that appears in a listing.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, AustinApartmentReviews.com is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from reliance on the information in it, or from your dealings with any business you find through it. Your agreement with a business you engage is between you and that business. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of United States, and any dispute about them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of United States.
