However, the vast majority of recent one and two-star reviews reveal a stark gap between pre-lease service and post-lease experience. Residents report thin construction, excessive neighbor noise, unresponsive management, chronic pest issues, broken appliances left unfixed for months, and staff who become dismissive after signing. Communication breakdowns are widespread: calls and emails go unanswered, follow-ups never arrive, and lease penalties surprise residents. Several tenants broke their lease or opted for houses specifically to escape.
