The complex feels modern, clean, and genuinely community-focused, with strong amenities and a safe, gated layout. High noise from neighbors and thin walls frustrate some residents. Humidity, silverfish, and sporadic pest issues also surface. Package theft happened when the mail room closed. These problems don't dominate the experience, but they're real enough that sound-sensitive or picky renters should ask hard questions before signing.
